How can I search for an item on your website?

Our menu allows you to search for products categories (swimming trunks, apparel or accessories). Once the category has been chosen, you can narrow your research further using filters per color, size and style.

You can use the search bar from any page of our website, just by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and entering the item name or category.

How can I choose the correct size?

On every product page you can find the related size guide, which explains the correspondence between Chimborazo's sizes and the main benchmarks.

Are you going to be re-stocking a particular item or size?

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you don't need to create an account to place an order. On the other hand, having a Chimborazo account, allows you to receive all previews of our new collections and grants access to special offers. Moreover you will be able to access your orders history and save your personal details so to quicken your future orders.

Is my data protected? Do I have access to them?

I forgot my password, what shall i do?

You can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it.


How do I know if my order has been processed? How can I track my order?

After you finalize your purchase, you will receive different emails:

  1. 1- in the first email you will find your order number and a ordered or pre-ordered items recap
  2. 2- following emails will confirm your order shipping and provide a tracking number for your parcels

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled on request by sending an email to our customer service office: inf@chimborazomilano.com, as long as parcels have not yet been entrusted to courier for delivery. If this is not the case, you can always refer to our Return Policy (LINK)

Can I change my shipping address?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is possible to change your shipping address by sending an email to our customer service office: info@chimborazomilano.com. Shipping address can be changed as far as the parcel hasn't been entrusted to courier.

Your order can be changed, as far as the parcel hasn't been entrusted to courier, by writing an email to our customer service office: info@chimborazomilano.com. In case your parcel has already left our warehouse, we won't be able to cancel it. We suggest to send it back to us, following our Return Policy (LINK)

Can I use a discount code?

If you have a valid discount code, you can add an item to your Shopping Cart and follow all the steps to Checkout. Here you will find a specific box, where you can enter your discount code.

Which methods of payment are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

How are transactions protected?

Data protection is very important to us. Data exchange between Chimborazo website, methods of payment supplier and the device used to place your order, is protected by a SSL certificate. You can easily verify this protection by looking at the HTTPS protocol on the website URL, in the upper part of your browser. Moreover, your bank details will not be saved on our server.

What shall I do if I was charged the payment, but haven't received any order confirmation?

Please contact us via email (info@chimborazomilano.com) and provide all informations about your order (order number, date, email, bank details, charged amount). We will check our orders history and sort the issue out.

When can I return an item?

Products can always be returned. When requesting a return or exchange, be sure to remember the following information:

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the package.

All goods are inspected upon return and must be clean and not worn. For your convenience, and ours, please return the products in the shipping box you received or use another sturdy box to make sure we receive the goods in optimum condition.

Our goal is to process any returns or exchanges within 14 working days and we will contact you once the process has been completed. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for funds to be credited to your bank account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please note that when returning/replacing an item, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any return not complying with the above may be denied at the discretion of Chimborazo Srl.

International returns

All returned items must be declared as “Return and repair of Italian goods” in the customs declaration.

This must be written on both the packaging and the declaration form. Returned packages that do not bear this mention may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may be subject to additional costs.
