All orders placed before 5pm (CET) will be shipped the same business day. For an overview of estimated delivery times, see the diagrams on our shipping page. Once you have placed your order, the most accurate delivery information will be communicated to the checkout.

If you have ordered a package at the wrong address, the package will be returned to us. Once received and refunded, you can reorder the item(s). Please note that the shipping costs for the return are non-refundable.

1) Put the products you want to buy in your shopping cart;

2) Proceed to check-out to complete the purchase;

3) Once you arrive at the check-out page, enter all the required data;

4) Choose a payment method;

5) Confirm your purchase by completing the payment in the portal of the External Payment Service, after which a confirmation e-mail will follow.

We can only make changes to your order if it has not yet been collected by our carrier. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and any changes you would like to make, such as an updated address or other item.

In the check-out menu you can choose whether or not to create an account. Having an account makes it easier to track completed orders and future orders.
